CREWNAVII Terms and Conditions

Welcome to CREWNAVII! These terms and conditions govern your use of our platform, facilitating seamless interaction between Athletes and CREW members. Please read these terms carefully before using CREWNAVII.

1. Platform Usage and Service Charges:

1.1 CREW members can offer various services to Athletes based on their competence and skills, charging the Athlete accordingly.

1.2 CREWNAVII will charge a platform usage service fee of 4% of the total charges paid by the Athlete to the CREW. This fee includes any applicable taxes or service charges according to the law of the respective country.

1.3 CREWNAVII reserves the right to change service charges at any time.

Legal Compliance:

2.1 Athlete and CREW must abide by all laws and regulations of the country in which they reside or use CREWNAVII services.

2.2 Athletes are responsible for ensuring the suitability of the selected CREW, including checking for any criminal history. CREWNAVII is not responsible for any issues or problems between Athletes and CREWs.

2. Dispute Resolution:

3.1 Grievances should be settled directly between Athletes and CREWs outside the CREWNAVII platform.

3.2 CREWNAVII is not responsible for handling grievances or personal disputes between Athletes and CREWs.

3. Payment and Cancellation:

4.1 Athletes must make full payment for CREW services at the time of booking, which is payment in advance.

4.2 Cancellation is possible only in agreement between the Athlete and CREW before the CREW has provided services for the event, practice session, or race.

4.3 If Athlete cancels before CREW provides actual services, CREWNAVII will charge 4% of platform usage charges. The refunded amount will be after deducting applicable charges.

4.4 If CREW cancels for any reason, the payment made by Athlete will be returned after deducting any tax applicable at the time of payment or return.

4. Conduct and Respect:

5.1 Athlete and CREW are expected to show mutual respect, follow all laws and regulations, and communicate professionally.

5.2 Athlete and CREW must ensure there are no copyright issues when uploading media on CREWNAVII. CREWNAVII is not responsible for any copyright issues arising from the use of media, photos, and videos by Athlete and CREW.
